🇨🇳🇪🇨⚡️- Xi Jinping has met the President of Ecuador Daniel Noboa in Beijing to further discuss Ecuador's role in China's Belt and Road initiative. The two leaders discussed "cooperation projects in energy, minerals, infrastructure construction, finance and other fields, and actively explored cooperation in areas including the digital economy, green development, new energy and artificial intelligence."

🇫🇷⚡️- A third cyberattack within a month occured today targeting France's fiscal system.

This is the fifth major cyberattack targeting France's official administrations. Millions of personal files containing citizens' data have been stolen by hackers across various institutions since the year began, with most of the suspects remaining at large.

Military officials from both nations also learnt the news as President Donald Trump tweeted about the reduction of military exercises between the U.S. and South Korea.

🇺🇸🇰🇷⚡️- Despite formal inquiries from South Korean officials, including Defense Minister Ahn Guy-back, Washington has not given further details on how long the scaling back will last or if other aspects of military cooperation are to be re-evaluated between the two nations.

🇨🇳🇨🇱⚡️- Chilean Foreign Minister Francisco Perez Mackenna says developing relations with China has become a Chilean national policy. Chile is now officially looking into expanding the China-Chile partnership agreement, which celebrates its 10th anniversary.

🇨🇳⚡️- China has adopted an aggressive diplomatic stance while hosting the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation this year. The yearly rotating chairmanship of the organization has been back in China's hands for the first time since 2014.

Since January, China has increased diplomatic probes into U.S.-aligned nations across Latin America, the Pacific and even Canada. This year's APEC will culminate in a summit in Shenzen in mid-November.

🇪🇺🇪🇸🇲🇦⚡- Defying the EU’s wishes, Spain is transferring 500 migrant women to mainland Spain from the invaded enclave of Ceuta.

According to the Minister of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, Elma Saiz, these women came in during the invasion waves of July 30-31st, and some have been subjected to sexual assault or rape by their fellow invaders.
