Note, Washington is pushing for a two-week ceasefire to facilitate the phased disarmament of Hamas, a proposal the group has agreed to in principle. Hamas, however, insists that any such arrangement must be preceded by a full Israeli withdrawal from Gaza and an end to targeted assassinations. Under the proposed initial two-week phase, at least 150-500 Moroccan troops, serving as part of the International Stabilization Forces, ISF, would be deployed on a trial basis to help enforce the authority of the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza, NCAG. The final approval of the entry of the ISF rests with Tel Aviv–which the Israeli government has yet to approve.

🇹🇷🇷🇺🇺🇦⚡- "Turkey is restricting commercial ship traffic entering the Black Sea via the Dardanelles Strait following heightened security concerns over recent attacks on vessels in the region.

The Directorate General of Coastal Safety has held back transit permits or delayed application reviews for multiple vessels bound for Russia’s key oil and grain export hub of Novorossiysk, as well as some ships heading to Ukraine.

Turkish authorities have offered no official explanation for the move, which effectively curbs maritime traffic into the Black Sea amid an escalation in drone attacks against commercial shipping.

🇾🇪🇸🇦⚡- Ansarullah announced targeting ARAMCO's refinery in Jizan in the southwest of Saudi Arabia.

Riyadh indirectly confirmed the attack, stating a fire had broken out at the facility but was under control.

Jizan's refinery was attacked by the Yemeni group last month as well.

🇮🇶⚡- Over the past 24 hours, Iraqi security forces dismantled three pro-Iranian militia cells, seizing a large number of military equipment, including 12 one-way drones.

🇾🇪⚡- Ansarullah drones continue operating over the port city of Mocha, Saudi-backed Yemeni National Resistance Forces controlled southwest Yemen.

🇸🇦⚡- Overnight, explosions and fires were reported at Jubail Industrial City, northeast Saudi Arabia. Turkish outlet Anadolu Agency stated that the SASREF refinery's gas facilities had caught fire.

No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack, although the area has previously been targeted by pro-Iranian Iraqi militias. Note, the Islamic Resistance of Iraq recently announced that it would postpone any retaliatory action against Saudi Arabia.

🇸🇦🇾🇪⚡- A Saudi-operated Bayraktar drone struck Wadi al-Mashawwat in the Ghumar district of the Sa'da region - Ansarullah stronghold of northern Yemen.

🇷🇺🇸🇾⚡- Syria and Russia have signed a memorandum of understanding outlining the future of Russia’s presence at Hmeimim and Tartous following 18 months of negotiations.

Under the agreement, Syria will gradually take control of civilian facilities, including Hmeimim Airport and parts of Tartous Port, while Russian military installations will be transformed into joint Syrian-Russian training and qualification centers.

The transition is expected to be completed within three months.
