U.S. fighter aircraft, drones, and naval vessels launched precision munitions against Iranian missile and drone sites, naval capabilities, and coastal defense systems during the seven-hour wave to further degrade Iran's ability to threaten commercial shipping and civilian crews.

The strikes took place the same day U.S. forces resumed the naval blockade against vessels transiting to or from Iranian ports and coastal areas. The blockade went into effect at 4 p.m. ET today.

🇺🇸🇻🇪⚡️- A Miami federal court has awarded $314 million to three American Citizens who were unlawfully imprisoned and tortured in Venezuela during the Maduro Regime. The case entered default judgment as none of the defendants responded to the case.

The lawsuit alleges the Americans were detained as part of a strategy to secure US Citizens as bargaining chips to negotiate the release of Maduro Ally Alex Saab, who was held in US custody at the time. Alex Saab would be exchanged for 10 US citizens in 2023, including the three who won this lawsuit.

The defendants listed in the Lawsuit, Nicolas Maduro, Alex Saab, current Venezuelan Interim President Delcy Rodríguez, Interior Minister Diosdado Cabello, Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino López, Attorney General Tarek William Saab, and the state oil company PDVSA.

The warehouse being hit is reported to be a civilian logistics company, Kuwait and Gulf Link Transport, who has large contracts with the Pentagon to support distribution of primarily food into Bases through the Gulf/Middle east, and assisting with heavy haul transport.

The defendant was convicted of receiving messages on his Telegram account from various sources, some of which were identified as being linked to Iran, including job offers. He also received a message from an Iranian foreign agent who asked if he would be interested in earning money for various photography assignments. Subsequently, the defendant sent two videos to the Iranian foreign agent showing missile interceptions, which he had filmed during Operation "With a Lion's Heart" in civilian areas, and received payment for one of them. In addition, he sent several videos from civilian areas to the Iranian foreign agent, including a video documenting a missile strike that he found online. Finally, due to pressure he felt, the defendant informed a colleague in his unit that he had been in contact with a foreign agent, and the following day he was arrested by the Shin Bet." - Israeli Defence Force.

🇺🇸⚡️- Neros Technology, a US defence contractor, has been awarded a contract for up to $500 million to supply drones to the US Army. Neros creates a 100% US-manufactured drone.

This contract is part of the US Army's goal to reach a production capability of 1 million drones per year, within the next two years.

🇮🇷⚡️- Iranian media reports the explosions were apart of controlled mining operations at a cement factory, and not the result of an attack.

🇺🇸⚡️- Jay Clayton, President Trump's nominee for Director of National Intelligence, will have a confirmation hearing this morning.

Clayton has no previous history in the Intelligence community. He currently works as the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York.

During Trump's first term as President in 2017, Jay Clayton was nominated by Trump for the position of Chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission. After completing his tenure as Trump's SEC Chairman, Clayton would be appointed independent director of Apollo Global Management to lead the company through a management transition period, following the revelation that its Former CEO, Leon Black, had paid Jeffrey Epstein $158 million for "Tax and Estate planning".

In November of 2024, for Trump's second term as President, Trump would nominate Clayton to be the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, New York’s top federal prosecutor.

During his time as the Attorney, Clayton's office was responsible for reviewing the Epstein Files that were *supposed* to be released after Congress passed a law requiring their release, some of which specifically mention leaders of Apollo Global Management, Clayton's former colleagues.

Former Attorney General Pamela Bondi (Fired by Trump) had also directed Clayton to lead the investigation into Democrats' involvement with Jeffrey Epstein.

Jay Clayton also signed the Justice Department's indictment of Former Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.
