19 of the 27 donors received government contracts over the last 5 ½ years totaling $338 billion.

Sixteen of them are facing federal enforcement actions and/or have had federal enforcement actions suspended by the Trump administration.

This build-up follows a major Wazalendo counteroffensive over the past two months.

In the last 24 hours alone, around 12 trucks reportedly entered the DRC from Burundi, allegedly carrying Burundian troops along with so-called “White” mercenaries (Russian, European, or possibly US- or Israeli-backed fighters).
