🇺🇸⚡️- After appearing to fix a loophole in U.S. immigration law last week, the Department of Homeland Security walked-back an announcement that immigrants seeking permanent residency in the U.S. would have to return to their home countries to wait for their green cards. The new policy faced major criticism from abroad when it was announced last week, specifically from India.

In a statement today, DHS said that the new policy was not a blanket change. Instead, only some immigrants will have to return home for their green cards, with immigration officers deciding whether applicants return home on a case-by-case basis.

🇺🇸⚡️- BREAKING: Matthew Petracca, the lead federal prosecutor in the James Comey seashells Instagram case, has resigned from the indictment.

🇺🇸⚡️- The FBI raided and arrested Nicholas Scelfo, who threatened to kill ICE agents and their families outside of an ICE facility in New Jersey.

Donovan, Joint Task Force Southern Spear conducted a lethal kinetic strike on a vessel operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations. Intelligence confirmed the vessel was transiting along known narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific and was engaged in narco-trafficking operations. Three male narco-terrorists were killed during this action. No U.S. military forces were harmed. 🇺🇸🇮🇱⚡️- House Armed Services Chairman Mike Rogers (R-AL) and Ranking Member Adam Smith (D-WA) introduced a provision in the FY2027 NDAA to establish the US-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative. It expands joint R&D, testing, manufacturing, training and tech sharing on counter-drone, missile defense, AI, and cyber systems.

🇺🇸🇨🇳⚡- Kevin O’Leary revealed that CCP-propagandist Neville Sigham, who supports and funds various socialist causes in the United States whilst living in China, has a funding network throughout the country called Arabella, that is pushing out anti-data center, anti-ICE messaging, and is also funding socialist causes and influencers.

O’Leary discovered the network was funding bots to flood his social media platforms with posts about a data center construction plan in Utah after the IP addresses were traced to a group called Alliance for a Better Utah, which is Sigham-affiliated and part of the Arabella network.

🇩🇪⚡️- Flight operations at Munich Airport in Germany have been closed due to a possible drone sighting.

🇺🇸🇧🇬 - Bulgaria will not allow US Military aircraft to stay in Bulgaria after June, over a dispute from the US not allowing visa free access for Bulgarian citizens.

Bulgaria had previously given the US permission to use the airport until May, Bulgaria's president said they will extend it to June, but will not renew it again due to the dispute.

The US Air Force were using Sofia International Airport as a hub for aerial refuelers involved in ferrying aircraft through Europe to the Middle East for Operation Epic Fury. This does not effect their use of Bulgarian airspace, which is still permitted, this is only the permit to park and operate from the airport property.

🇺🇸🇮🇷⚡️- The New York Times reports that a draft ceasefire deal between the US and Iran involves a “reconstruction program” “investment fund”, partially run by the United States, that would be promised to Iran in the event of a final agreement. Some of their sources stated the fund would be $300 billion, with more details to be discussed further in the negotiations.

Iranian officials reportedly proposed that US companies, such as oil and energy corporations, could be allowed to invest in Iran.

This deal sounds very similar to the “Board of Peace” for Gaza, where approximately $17 billion dollars has been pledged (almost none of it has actually been collected) for the reconstruction of Gaza, and $0 has been spent on the reconstruction of Gaza at this time.

The Gaza investment fund, personally run by Trump, has been pushed by Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff to raise funds from Gulf States; the Iran investment fund was coincidentally also proposed by Kushner and Witkoff early in the Iran negotiations. At the same time as the US-Iran negotiations, Kushner has been trying to raise $5 billion for his private equity firm from Gulf states investors, including trying to raise funds from the Saudi governments Sovereign wealth fund, who are already an investor, alongside the UAE and Qatar.

🇦🇪🇮🇷🇮🇱⚡️- "The United Arab Emirates carried out dozens of airstrikes against Iran beginning in the early days of the war and continuing through the day after the April cease-fire was announced.

Some of those strikes targeted Iranian energy facilities in response to Tehran’s attacks on U.A.E. oil and gas infrastructure, some of the people said. 🇦🇲🇷🇺⚡- Moscow recalls its ambassador to Armenia, citing Yerevan's deepening integration with the West.

🇹🇷⚡- Israeli outlet i24 (Israeli Channel 15) reports that Turkey has deployed fighters from the Syrian National Army to support the Sahelian juntas in Burkina Faso and Niger, countries with which Ankara maintains close ties.

While these reports remain unconfirmed, Turkey has previously deployed the SNA to back the Tripoli–Misrata government in western Libya against Khalifa Haftar’s eastern-based Libyan National Army. Additionally, the Turkish private military company SADAT has been active in Burkina Faso and Togo.
