🇨🇩⚡️- A large angry crowd attempted to seize a temporary Ebola treatment center in the DRC.

The incident happened after health authorities denied the return of the body of a local man who had died from the virus, due to health protocols. The locals refused to acknowledge his corpse was a health risk and trying to storm the temporary health center.

Several tents were burnt, at least one isolation ward was fully destroyed.

The crowd dispersed after law enforcement fired warning shots.

Health officials indicated this would impact the ongoing efforts to fight the outbreak.

The House has now failed 4 votes on the war powers resolution.

🇮🇷⚡- Iran says 35 ships have paid the toll and have safely crossed the Strait of Hormuz in the past 24 hours.

🇸🇴🇾🇪⚡- UKMTO reports a vessel in the waters north of Socotra, Yemen, was approached by a small boat with five people on board. The vessel fired warning shots, which forced the small boat, likely Somali pirates, to alter their course.
