Three former police officers, who are considered to be political prisoners, have already been released. Erasmo Bolívar, Héctor Rovain, and Luis Molina have been imprisoned for the last 23 years with charges that opposition parties claim were politically motivated charges related to the failed 2002 Venezuelan coup attempt against Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez.

🇬🇧🇷🇺⚡️- The UK has issued a sanctions waiver on diesel and jet fuel that are refined using Russian origin crude, as long as the products were refined in a third party country (The product can be refined anywhere except Russia, as long as it doesn't violate other sanctions, for example Iran), as well as a waiver on sea-borne Russian liquid natural gas.

The waiver on diesel and jet fuel has no expiration date; the Russian LNG waiver expires on January 1st, 2027.
