To note, a plethora of lobbyists are former staffers with established connections across Washington, effectively forming a personal bureaucracy with influence at almost every political level. In an election or a presidency, a candidate will rely on lobbying groups for support, financial backing, and expertise. It can be said that these moves may be Vance organizing his campaign for ‘28.
