A political scene also developed due to its more lax speech policies and integrated donation system allowing those banned from mainstream platforms to migrate over.

However after the January 6 capital riot, the website blanket banned its most successful political streamers, which happened to be the most popular users on the site, including Nick Fuentes and Vincent James.

The platform never regained its footing after this and has been in decline ever since with accusations of crypto and view count manipulation.
