The Syrian Ministry of Defense has appointed Mohammed Nabou, known as โJia Kobani,โ a Kurdish commander affiliated with the SDF, as deputy commander of the 60th Division in eastern Syria, as part of an agreement with the Kurdish-led SDF, which has entered a phase of dissolution.
