The decision to dissolve the council came in light of recent developments in Hadhramaut and al-Mahrah regions. We did not participate in the decision of the operation in Hadhramaut and al-Mahrah, which harmed the southern cause.

The vessel is stateless (falsely flying the Timor Leste flag), giving the USCG rights to board it.

It's currently unknown if the tanker is loaded with stolen American oil from Venezuela. But it marks the third Russian tanker to come under US possession in the past two days.
