Based on the statement released by Brown University, we can conclude that the screenshot of a "Mustapha K." purchasing a 9mm muzzle brake on Wing Tactical was likely an absurd series of coincidences leading back to a Brown University student who is NOT responsible for the December 13th shooting at the University.
