After 24 hours of violent clashes, M23 have finally captured the town of Katogota, which lies directly north of the major town of Luvungi - Uvira direction, South Kivu region, eastern DR Congo.

Pro-Congolese sources report at least 40 Burundi military personnel have been captured as prisoners of war by the M23.

- We will rebalance America’s economic relationship with China.

- European allies enjoy a significant hard power advantage over Russia by almost every measure, save nuclear weapons.

- Enabling Europe to stand on its own feet and operate as a group of aligned sovereign nations, including by taking primary responsibility for its own defense, without being dominated by any adversarial power.
