The unknown aircraft were approaching a US warship in international waters near Guyana. The US requested communication with the aircraft, and their intentions.

- Europe rejects Trump's point 8 – Ukraine is free to invite friendly forces.
- Europe rejects Trump's point 21 – An immediate ceasefire, no land exchanges will take place, with the freezing of the front-lines as they currently are.
