• US moves aircraft carrier group "closer to Israel" - a sign of support and a warning to those countries that want to intervene in the conflict, according to NBC News.
• The group includes the flagship aircraft carrier Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78), as well as the guided-missile cruiser USS Leyte Gulf and four destroyers - USS Nitze, USS Farragut, USS Truxtun and USS Delbert Black.
• The aircraft carrier carries 90 aircraft and combat helicopters, including the F-35C, a fifth-generation fighter-bomber.
• Washington announces that Biden has ordered additional aid to Israel, which is on its way.
• The Israeli National Security Council recommends that Israelis leave Egypt as soon as possible and that those in Israel should remain there.
• The death toll in Israel has exceeded 700 people. More than 2,150 were injured, 300 of them in serious condition, - N12 News.

Sporadic violence continues its spread through southern and central Israel as HAMAS and Al-Qassam militants clash with Israeli forces. Despite initial success, without more manpower, training or air defense systems, heavy vehicles or munitions, the Palestinians cannot continue their fight alone. It's important that our readers understand that right now the IDF is facing off with 200-300 Palestinians armed with little more than small arms and religious fervour. Neither are enough to win this fight.

The US knows this. To project American might in the region a Carrier Strike Group approaches under the flagship Gerard R. Ford aircraft carrier.
