- Russia and Turkey have said the talks went positively. Ukraine believes Russia is stalling on a ceasefire, however says there was progress in other areas.
- Both sides have presented their memorandums, and will take a week to study them.
- A 6,000-6,000 fallen soldiers exchange will take place. Certain sections of the front will adhere to a temporary ceasefire lasting 2-3 days, so both sides can collect the bodies.
- An all-for-all wounded / ill prisoners exchange will take place.
- An all-for-all prisoners under-25 exchange will take place.
- A 1,200-1,200 prisoners of war exchange will take place.
- Russia will begin returning Ukrainian children back to Ukraine.
- Russia requested Ukraine's withdrawal from the four claimed regions, Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporozhye and Kherson.

It was initially believed that the drone attack on the Ukrainka Air Base was a failure, however satellite images show a possible destroyed Tu-95MS bomber. Only one aircraft seems to have been impacted at this base.

Russia's:
- Russia will enter into a ceasefire once two points are met.
The first point is the complete Ukrainian withdrawal from all four claimed regions, Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporozhye, and Kherson.
The second point is the demilitarization of Kiev, this includes prohibiting the redeployment of troops, ending mobilization and the supply of foreign military aid to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
- Ukraine must begin work on the elimination of the military presence of third countries on its territory.
- Ukraine must lift martial law.
- Elections must be held within 100 days after martial law has been lifted.
- Ukraine must remain neutral and not join military-blocs.
- Ukraine must abandon aspirations for nuclear weapons, and confirm its status as a non-nuclear nation.
- All sanctions must be lifted against Russia.

Ukraine's:
- Full and unconditional ceasefire, on land, in the air, and at sea. The ceasefire must last a minimum of 30-days. Ceasefire monitoring is to be conducted under U.S. leadership with the support of third countries.
- Territorial negotiations to begin AFTER the implementation of the 30-day ceasefire.
- Russia must return all illegally displaced and deported persons, a prisoner exchange based on the all for all principle, and the release of all hostages.
- Ukraine is not obligated to maintain neutrality. It may pursue NATO and EU membership. There should be no restrictions on the deployment or size of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on its territory.
- Some sanctions may be lifted on Russia, but only gradually and with the option of a snapback mechanism, allowing for their immediate reinstatement in case of violations.
- A meeting between the leaders of Russia and Ukraine, Putin and Zelensky, must take place.

Iran won't be allowed to develop domestic enrichment capabilities beyond those necessary for civilian purposes.

After signing the agreement, Iran will have to temporarily reduce its enrichment concentration to 3%. This period will be agreed upon in negotiations," - Axios.
