🇷🇺🇺🇦⚡️ - Russia's Ministry of Defense has just stated that "the Kiev regime carried out a terrorist attack with an S-200 air defense missile converted for offensive use against residential buildings in Taganrog", a city only miles from the pre-2014 Ukrainian frontier.

The missile was intercepted by Russian air defense over the city.
