🇸🇩⚡- Major progress by the Sudanese Armed Forces, SAF, overnight in Khartoum, Sudan.

Late last evening, SAF captured El Razi University in the Hujayrat District of Khartoum. Video footage confirms this, which Rerum Novarum has geolocated to 15.5125, 32.59331 (shown on map). This was also confirmed by Rapid Support Forces, RSF, fighters on their social medias who announced there were clashes at Sudan International University, which is located further south of El Razi.

SAF have also captured the entire al-Kalakla District, which means only a single district, al-Jadida, remains before RSF is cut from the White Nile and therefore completely encircled by the SAF.

Meanwhile, both sides reported that the encircled RSF troops have taken up positions at the large Sewage Treatment Plant located right in the center of southern Khartoum. The fighting over the plant will likely be the final clash in the Battle of Khartoum.

Only four small districts, a treatment plant and a single university remains under Rapid Support Forces control in Khartoum.
