In the northwest of the Kursk region, Russia's 155th Brigade advanced east of Lebedevka, the advance was successful thanks to sabotage and recon units, SRG, from Russia's 30th Brigade. SRGs from the 30th Brigade used the Sudzha out-of-use oil pipeline to get behind Ukrainian defensive lines and interrupt Ukraine's supply lines. The 30th Brigade advanced on the ground as well, towards Malaya Loknya.

In the northeast of the Kursk region, the 141st Regiment ("Akhmat") captured a large area of territory, and entered Martynovka, where fighting for the town has begun. Reports of Russia capturing this town are false.
