The M23 withdrew from the large town of Kagheri, Kasugho, and Mukula without a single fight. As soon as they departed, the Ugandan military, UPDF, stationed in Lubero took control over the area. The DR Congo military, FARDC, were not involved.

M23 repositioned themselves around the towns of Kasugho and Manzia.

Ramadan says the rapprochement aims to prevent future clashes between the two Tuareg-led groups in northern Mali.

Russian Wagner-led Malian Armed Forces have been fighting both groups for several years.

🇸🇾⚡- BREAKING: Syrian armed forces declares full mobilization. The Syrian military raises its state of alert.

Both brigades are part of the Syrian National Army.

🇸🇾⚡- Hayat Tahrir al-Sham led Public Internal Security forces arrest a number of Hamza Division (SNA-backed) members for looting in the Latakia region, coastal Syria.

🇷🇺🇺🇦⚡- Russian forces have advanced across the Kursk region, Russia.

In the northwest of the Kursk region, Russia's 155th Brigade advanced east of Lebedevka, the advance was successful thanks to sabotage and recon units, SRG, from Russia's 30th Brigade. SRGs from the 30th Brigade used the Sudzha out-of-use oil pipeline to get behind Ukrainian defensive lines and interrupt Ukraine's supply lines. The 30th Brigade advanced on the ground as well, towards Malaya Loknya.

In the northeast of the Kursk region, the 141st Regiment ("Akhmat") captured a large area of territory, and entered Martynovka, where fighting for the town has begun. Reports of Russia capturing this town are false.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 - Reports of the Russian forces capturing Martynovka and / or Mikhailovka, Kursk region, are false. Rerum Novarum's source from Russia's 11th Brigade, the very unit fighting in this area, denies the reports.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 - Russia's SRGs from the 30th Brigade using the Sudzha pipeline to get behind Ukrainian defensive lines, and operate near Kazachya Loknya, Kursk region, Russia.
