Turkish propaganda began spreading the photo, which several media outlets and channels have picked up.

The unit stationed is the 25th Division of the Syrian Arab Army, on the M5 highway at ash-Shaikh Ahmed.

The road in this area was closed for public safety reasons, as the Turkish military constantly shelled the road. Hence the reason the SAA forces are blocking access.

Note, Turkish outlets and media are not the best source for this conflict. According to Turkish propaganda, Hayat Tahrir is already in Damascus.
