Maia Sandu leads the Presidential elections with 41.8% of the votes, with Alexandru Stoianoglo coming in at second with 26.4% (after 98% of the votes counted).

Failure to reach 50% in the Presidential elections will mean a second round will be organized on November 3, in which the two leaders of the first round will participate.
