🇱🇧🇮🇱⚡️- According to Hebrew Channel 12, Hezbollah responded to US envoy Hochstein's visit to Israel and Lebanon with this threat: "If we discover preparations for an attack by Israel, we will consider launching a pre-emptive strike."

🇹🇼🇵🇭⚡- Commander of the Taiwanese Coast Guard has arrived in the Philippines to meet Commander of the Philippines Coast Guard.

🇨🇳🇵🇭⚡- A Chinese military vessel has moved within 20 nautical miles of Pangasinan region, Philippines. The location of the vessel is well within Philippines water-spaces, just north of contested Scarborough shoal.

🇷🇺🇰🇵⚡- Russia and North Korea have signed an agreement of 'mutual assistantance' - in the event of aggression against one, the other will provide military assistance.

🇺🇦⚡- The Ukrainian Rada is discussing on whether to lower the mobilization age to 21. The current mobilization age is 25.

Ukrainian sources confirm Russian forces have escalated combat operations in the Toretsk sector. This sector has been relatively quiet since the start of Russia's military operation.
