🇨🇳🇵🇭⚡- China has moved a 10th vessel into Sabina Shoal, the most vessels China has ever deployed into the contested shoal, outside of military exercises. In comparison Philippines has just the one.

🇨🇳🇵🇭⚡- Chinese vessels continue to circle the Philippine vessel in the shoal, ongoing for 11 days.

China has sent a delegation to SLD and for the first time since 2022 both the US and China would be present at the same time.

According to sources on the internet, a cessation of hostilities is non-binding, and is usually applied when negotiations are still ongoing.

This means that Israel could announce a cessation of hostilities to get back the hostages, and then continue the war nevertheless. Language is EXTREMELY important in these types of deals.
