A Stranger tried to kiss me

So, I (male) was travelling in a crowded bus. I was seated and chilling, then this dude stood in front of me and proceeded to slowly lean towards me, eyes closed. I didn't mind at first, I thought he was maybe tired, but he progressively inched closer towards my face, and I was able to smell his breath that close. I had to push him away, and nobody around me said anything, like wtf.

On the possibility of war

I am very conflicted. On one hand I really want to see the Pakistani government and army getting what they deserve. On the other other hand I don't want a war because it would literally destroy the economy and could halt any progress for atleast an entire generation. Not to mention the civilian casualty. Not just civilians of India. As much as I hate pakistan I cannot deny that there are a lot of civilians who would be dying. As much as I hate pakistan I don't know if I want to see innocent children and women dying.

On a more personal note, I have some acquaintances who are in army and as much as I am proud of them and want them to fulfill their duty, I don't want them to die in a war which would be pretty much meaningless.

At the end:

The only things that war could produce are deadbodies, broken families,trauma and destruction. But what would happen when war becomes necessary for a nation's welfare? That nation have to fight that war for it's own survival.

I would request people to not get paranoid and to not spread fake news. If a war breaks out we all need to endure it and survive. Jai Hind

also is there any ngo or organisation who are raising funds for those whose housing/livelihood has been affected due to Pak firing?
I personally feel we all should do our bit to help those in need. If anyone knows any such ngos please share here.

For the Girl Who Always Shows Up But Has No One Show Up for Her.

Hey everyone,

I (24M) am here today not for myself, but for my girlfriend (21F). We've been together since 2020, and she's truly the kindest, most giving person I know.

She had her birthday recently — April 26th. She invited her friends. Most forgot. None showed up. We planned to celebrate again on May 10th, and she reached out to them again. Once more, every single person had an excuse and they made it evident. So now, it’s just me who’ll be going.

This hurts me deeply because I see how much she does for others. She never turns her back on anyone — even when it hurts her. But she’s always been let down. Used. Forgotten. Betrayed.Over and over.

She’s funny, kind, helpful, pretty and genuinely a joy to be around. Sure, she takes a little time to open up — who doesn’t? — but once she does, there’s nothing not to love about her.

And still, she ends up with people who don’t value her. Especially female friends. She’s always wanted a close group of girls she can laugh with, talk to, and trust — but she’s never really had that. And I can tell it’s breaking her inside, even though she hides it and I've known her for long enough to be sure that she cries everynight.

She needs and deserves real friends. Women who see her for who she is, who don’t leave when she’s no longer "useful," who simply care.

If you’re someone who knows what real friendship means — kindness, listening, growing together — please reach out. You don’t have to be perfect. Just genuine.
