ⓘ Payment is required upfront to make sure everything runs smoothly and to avoid unfinished orders. I’ve had trust issues with people who ghost after ordering. You can pay via QRIS, DANA, Shopeepay, Gopay, or Seabank. A down payment of around 30–50% is needed. If you pay outside that range, it’ll be considered non-refundable.

ⓘ Since every design is custom-made, please give me as many details as possible so there's no misunderstanding.

ⓘ The design process usually takes about 1–7 days, depending on how many orders I have and how busy things are. if you're in a rush, there's an extra fee of (+2.000). Deadline should be agreed on together.

ⓘ When sending a picture for your design, make sure it’s high quality so the result looks good. If you don’t have a picture, I can help find one online for an extra fee of (+500 per photo).

ⓘ If you’re asking for a full custom design and leave the whole concept up to me, there may be an extra charge (the amount will vary).
ⓘ If you cancel your order after I’ve already started working on it, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee based on the catalog price, and your down payment won’t be refunded.

ⓘ Your final files will be sent via Telegram Docs or Google Drive. Please save and back up everything within 30 days, because I’ll delete the files and project after that. You won’t be able to ask for them again.
