What do you Think About Future Trading?
I Asked these Questions ! Give Your Opinion Now///
1. Is futures trading like betting on a coin?
Not quite, though it can feel that way if you're trading without a strategy. Futures trading involves speculating on the future price of an asset — like Bitcoin, oil, or gold — using contracts. While it does carry risk (especially with leverage), it's not pure chance like a coin toss. Skilled traders use technical analysis, market trends, and risk management to make informed decisions. So, it's more like calculated risk than blind luck.
2. Is the funding fee interest or just a fee?
Funding fees in perpetual futures are not traditional interest, but they serve a similar purpose. They’re periodic payments exchanged between long and short traders to keep the futures price aligned with the spot price. If the funding rate is positive, longs pay shorts; if negative, shorts pay longs. It’s a mechanism, not a loan interest — and it can either cost you or earn you money depending on your position.
3. Is leverage a loan?
Yes — in essence, leverage is like an interest-free loan from your broker. It allows you to control a larger position with a smaller amount of capital (your margin). For example, with 10x leverage, $100 of your own money lets you trade $1,000 worth of assets. But remember: while you’re not paying interest like a bank loan, you’re still exposed to the full risk of the larger position.
if this is correct , what is the thing that will give us haram point?
BTW I am saying Haram from the first day...
I am still Saying It’s Haram , a bet on short and the funding fee is interest fee of the leverage borrows
