RT World News (RSS)

The French establishment media took on the role of political commissars, making sure the outlet was not allowed to operate

After a year of censorship, RT has now had to officially stop its activities in France. But would the French authorities have made this move without the influence of some prominent French journalists who put aside their ethics for the occasion?

From the very beginning, RT France had been a target of the French authorities and the mainstream media. In a notorious 2017 press conference, Emmanuel Macron, standing next to Vladimir Putin, said RT and Sputnik were...

Greta or Zelensky? Who Will Scoop This Yearโ€™s Oscars?
Strategic Culture Foundation (RSS)

Although Seรกn Penn has loaned Zelensky his Oscar, Clown Prince Zelensky no doubt should have one of his own, Declan Hayes writes.

Because NATOโ€™s Oscar season looms, it is time to predict who will win this yearโ€™s prizes. Although some stray Holywood D listers now lead the field, it is time for a change of pace, to expand the net to include those whose acting abilities have served NATO better than any such D listers over the last year.

Families of Dead Soldiers Silenced by Ukrainian Security Forces

Relatives of Transcarpathian soldiers who were killed after being mobilized into the Ukrainian armed forces are being forbidden from talking about it on social media, according to Ripost.

After making a heartfelt plea on Facebook for any news about her son, one mother received a visit from soldiers dressed as civilians, who told her to delete the post and that โ€œif there was something to report, the military would notify her.โ€ (RIA)

Many ethnic Hungarians have been mobilized following mass losses in Soledar, with reports of hundreds of bodies of dead soldiers found on the border of Ukraine and Hungary left unburied for over a month as Kiev struggles with the fallout.

Raided by The FBI for Being Socialist, with Omali Yeshitela
MintPress News (RSS)

Today, โ€œBehind The Headlinesโ€ host Lee Camp speaks to Omali Yeshitela, a man raided by the FBI for the crime of being a black socialist. Together, the two discuss the revolutionary black liberation movement, U.S. imperialism, racism, and the corruption of the two-party system.

In August of last year, the FBI raided the offices of the African Peopleโ€™s Socialist Party (APSP), with agents using flash-bang grenades at 5 am on a Friday to startle and arrest individuals inside its headquarters.

Yeshitela helped found the APSP in 1972, at a time when the Black Liberation movement was being similarly quashed by government forces. The groupโ€™s mission is to advocate for the rights and self-determination of African p...
