Real-life Squid Game ‘Warzone’: Freezing Players ‘Screamed For Medic’

Contestants in Netflix’s real-life Squid Game competition screamed for medical help as they feared frostbite and hypothermia in -3C (27F) temperatures while filming in the UK.

The secretly-filmed adaptation of the wildly popular South Korean hit series will offer the largest TV game show prize in history of ₤3.7 million ($4.56 million), encouraging some to cling on under reportedly insufferable conditions.

“It was like a warzone,” one player told The Sun newspaper. “People were getting carried out by medics, but we couldn’t say anything. If you talk, then you’re out.”

Andrew Tate Claims Romania Has No Evidence Against Him

On Wednesday, Andrew Tate claimed Romanian authorities have no evidence to justify detaining him and his brother Tristan, who insists it is simply a cover to seize his property and cars.

“Of course, it’s unjust; there is no justice in Romania,” Tate told reporters, having previously said he moved to Romania because he liked countries where “corruption was accessible to everyone.”

Authorities seized around $4 million of goods and cash after arresting Tate and his brother for allegedly trafficking girls for sexual exploitation and assault.
