Just two years ago, many mainstream media outlets declared that sea ice at the South Pole was melting at an โastonishingโ rate.
It is the doomsday scenario that has disappeared, not the ice:
The Antarctic rebound of the past two years shows that there are still a host of natural drivers that remain unknown, it appears that oceanic cycles, such as ENSO, SAM or the Indian Ocean play major roles on Antarctic sea ice variability,not linearly increasing CO2 like much of their climate change narrative
