The first picture is my sister. Healthy active mother and grandmother. Her employer made it policy to be vaccinated or terminated, she knew she had to work so she took the Pfizer vaccine. She got really sick from the first shot the second shot made her even sicker. Then headaches started and just not feeling good. Within 2 months she went from this happy healthy girl to having a massive stroke and having to learn to walk and talk again . With her not working at the facility anymore due to having the stroke that meant she wouldn't be covered on their insurance anymore. 2 days after being released from the rehabilitation center she started running a fever and was diagnosed with covid that she contracted from her also vaccinated masked therapist. A company cannot mandate an employee to take an experimental drug, they would also have to do the following to justify their decision, which is then challangeable:

1. A risk assessment under the Management of Health & Safety at Works Act 1999, as to why they want to make it mandatory for employee to take an experimental vaccine that is on trial until 2023.

2. A letter from the company confirming they accept liability for any medical condition you get because they have insisted you have the experimental vaccine, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 Section 2
