Russia’s Security Service Detains Three Suspects in Multi-Million Ruble Fraud Operation

The FSB has published a video of three suspects being detained for allegedly stealing 40 million rubles ($650,000) allocated for connecting social facilities to the internet in Russia's Chelyabinsk region.

A large-scale criminal case against the suspects has been initiated.

During a search of the suspects’ premises, over 10 million rubles ($160,000) in cash was discovered.

Beijing’s science module, Mengtian, aboard a Chang Zheng 5B rocket has been launched and will complete the initial phase of the construction of China’s Tiangong Space Station.

Mengtian is the second space station module launched by China this year.

Eco-Activist Lowers French Flag in Climate Change Protest

A member of the ‘Last Renovation’ environmental action group lowered the French flag atop a Parisian pantheon to protest the government’s inaction on climate change.

"This powerful symbol was chosen to underline the seriousness of the danger facing the French population at a time when no significant measures have been taken by the government to stop global warming,” Last Renovation wrote on Twitter.
