More than 1.3 million Nigerian people have been displaced by flooding, which has affected 33 of the countryโs 36 states, the humanitarian affairs ministry said.
At least 340,000 hectares of land have been swamped, raising fears of food supply disruptions.

Tรผrkiye has test-fired a short-range ballistic missile over the Black Sea, Bloomberg reports citing sources.
The projectile reportedly travelled 561 km (350 miles), the furthest any such weapon developed in the country has flown.
According to Bloomberg, the missile has been dubbed โTyphoon,โ and was developed by Roketstan, a Turkish weapons manufacturer.
