Russiaโs investigative committee is looking into Monday nightโs deadly accident that saw a Su-35 military jet crash into a residential building in the southwestern city of Yeysk.
Investigators say a technical malfunction was the most likely reason behind the accident.
President Putin issued his condolences to the victimsโ families. 13 people were killed and 15 remain hospitalized.
Footage is from inside the building that was hit.

Convicted sex trafficker and Jeffrey Epstein collaborator Ghislaine Maxwell told Daily Mail reporter Daphne Barak she fears being killed in prison with a reported $1mn bounty on her head.
Maxwell added she โfeels so badโ for her โdear friendโ Prince Andrew, who she says is paying a high price for his links to disgraced pedophile Epstein, adding that many of her associates have fallen victim to cancel culture, despite apparently having nothing to do with her former loverโs trafficking ring.
She also claimed the infamous photo of the Royal draping his arm around alleged sex abuse victim Virginia Roberts is fake, despite telling her then-lawyer in 2015 that it was real.
