❗️Partial Mobilization Has Been Completed In Moscow — Mayor

According to city authorities, the partial mobilization effort in the capital has been completed.

Stations for the mobilized will be closed from Monday and future summons sent to work places and homes will no longer be valid.

❗️Russian ‘Geran-2’ Drone Attack Reportedly Hits Kiev Office

Footage uploaded to social media purportedly shows a "Geranium-2" kamikaze drone striking the Ukrenergo office building in Kiev. 

The video, taken Monday morning, also shows local police trying to shoot down the drone with small arms.

11 LPR Soldiers Return From Ukrainian Captivity
