Dogs Can Smell Stress - Study

We all know dogs are brilliant at sniffing things out (especially your dinner), but new research has revealed that this talent could stretch to detecting when humans are stressed.

A team at Queen’s University Belfast collected samples of sweat and breath from 36 people before and after they undertook a difficult math problem, during which their stress levels increased. The four dogs involved in the study – Treo, Fingal, Soot and Winnie – all successfully identified the ‘stressed’ specimens from the humans.

This, says the team, “highlights that dogs do not need visual or audio cues to pick up on human stress,” and could be useful when training service and therapy dogs.

Good boys just got even better.

RT Has Some Good Points - Elon Musk

The SpaceX and Tesla tycoon wrote in March that RT and other Russian news sources were “entertaining” and made “some good points,” according to court documents.

Musk refused to block these sites’ IP addresses from his Starlink internet service, despite pressure from “some governments.”

In a text message conversation with investor Antonio Gracias dated March 5, Musk revealed that he had “been told” to block the IP addresses of RT and “several other Russian news sources” from being accessed via his Starlink satellite internet service.

“Actually I find their news quite entertaining,” Musk confided in Gracias.

Climate Activists Pour Feces On WWII Veteran’s Memorial

A UK activist campaigning to “End UK Private Jets” dumped a plastic container full of what she claimed was “actual liquid human s***” over a memorial to Covid-19 fundraiser and World War II veteran Captain Tom Moore.

“Every time [a private jet] takes off, it pours a bucket of s*** and blood onto everything Captain Tom stood for,” says Maddie Budd.

“People are going to say that he’s a hero. People are going to say that this is profoundly, obscenely disrespectful to his life and the NHS that he stood up for and I agree,” she explains, questioning why “we” are “forcing our healthcare system into collapse….forcing our civilization into collapse” while “the government won’t even end UK private jets!”
