Dutch PM Claims Ukraine is "Our War"

"I am not saying that we are at war with Russia in the literal sense of the word," Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte told parliament, before bizarrely claiming Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to build a "Russian empire".

"Who is the next victim?" he went on, before adding "We are also under a great threat of war" and that his country won't allow Putin to destroy "everything we have built together in Europe after the Second World War."

Russia has repeatedly outlined the aims of the special military operation, and consistently refuted such baseless claims by European leaders.

Russian MP Behind ‘Gay Propaganda’ Law Volunteers to Fight in Ukraine

Vitaly Milonov, a member of Russia’s parliament known for his anti-gay stance, has said that he wants to fight on the battlefield in Ukraine. He is among the four MPs who formally requested to be sent to Ukraine.

Milonov said that he "couldn't stand aside..." while “the war waged against us by the entire West – against our future, our children.” He is already in Donbass and posted a video of himself firing an artillery gun.

Milonov is known for his hardline conservative and anti-gay views. He was one of the main proponents of the 2013 law that banned “propaganda among minors of untraditional sexual relations.”
