European Buyers Eye Nord Stream Gas
On Monday, German buyers reserved capacity in Nord Streamโs gas input for the first time it was shut due to sanctions hindering maintenance work, although no gas has flowed yet.
Requests for gas, known as nominations, totaling around 17.9 million kilowatt hours per hour appeared on the websites of German pipeline connecting Nord Stream to end customers between 8:00-9:00 am CET Monday.

The young boy can be seen thrashing about in the Rio Grande attempting to reach Eagle Pass, Texas before someone from the Mexican side swims out to save him.

Protesters Demand LGBT BAN in Turkey
Thousands of protesters in Istanbul hit the streets Sunday to demand a ban on LGBT groups and activities. Demonstrators claim they had gathered over 150,000 signatures demanding new laws to block perceived propaganda pervading social media, streaming services, arts and sports.
While LGBT rights groups lambasted the governorโs office for not protecting citizens from โhate and violence,โ one protester urged the government to โsave the children from this filth.โ
The โBig Family Gatheringโ march was the largest of its kind in Turkey as LGBT parades have been banned in the country since 2015.
