Zelensky lectures Americans on inflation and Covid
RT World News (RSS)

The Ukrainian leader said that helping his country should be more important for Americans than domestic concerns

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has told British broadcaster Piers Morgan that inflation and coronavirus are โ€œnothingโ€ compared to Ukraineโ€™s struggle, and Americans should support aid for Kiev โ€œuntil we win.โ€

As the US grapples with a 40-year-high inflation rate and record gas prices, multiple polls name these economic concerns as more pressing among Americans than the conflict in Ukraine. Furthermore, nearly...

The information warfare campaign by the U.S. and its allies on behalf of Ukraine appeared to engulf Putinโ€™s visit to Iran last week.

By Scott RITTER

According to the official U.S. government narrative, a โ€œdesperateโ€ Russia โ€” suffering significant battlefield reversals in Ukraine including the loss of โ€œlarge numbersโ€ of reconnaissance drones while its own military industrial capacity lacks the ability to provide adequate replacements due to Russiaโ€™s โ€œeconomic isolationโ€ โ€” has turned to Iran for assistance.

โ€ŠThe Phoniest, Most PR-Intensive War of All Time
Strategic Culture Foundation (RSS)

By Caitlin JOHNSTONE

The president and first lady of Ukraine have posed for a romantic photoshoot with Vogue magazine, wherein President Volodymyr Zelensky waxes poetical about his love for his darling wife.

Now, I know what youโ€™re thinking: how is Zelensky making time for a Vogue photoshoot amidst his busy schedule of PR appearances for other major western institutions?

I mean this is after all the same Volodymyr Zelensky who has been so busy making video appearances for the Grammy Awards, the Cannes Film Festival, the World Economic Forum and probably the Bilderberg group as well, and having meetings with celebrities like Ben StillerSean Penn, and Bono and the Edge from U2. Itโ€™s as busy a PR tour as he could possibly have without having a discussion about the strategic importance of long-range artillery with Elmo on Sesame Street.

Oh yeah, and also isnโ€™t there like a war or something happening in Ukraine? Youโ€™d think heโ€™d probably be somewhat busy with that too.

Call me crazy, but Iโ€™m beginning to suspect that there might be a concerted effort to manipulate the way we think about the war in Ukraine. In fact, Iโ€™d even go so far as to say itโ€™s the most aggressively perception-managed war weโ€™ve ever experienced.

Since Russia invaded Ukraine in February we have not only been smashed with mass media propaganda unlike anything weโ€™ve ever seen while Russian media are purged from the airwaves, weโ€™re also seeing the new media element of unprecedented amounts of online censorship, algorithm-boosted...

โ€ŠBrits Sanction Brit
Strategic Culture Foundation (RSS)

Rather than use Phillips to build backdoors to potentially save the lives of Aslin and his fellow killers, MI5 cast Phillips out into the cold.

In their latest round of sanctions, the British regime has sanctioned British subject Graham Philllips, as well as a number of Syrians, who sent Syrian fighters to Ukraine. The main reason Syrians have to emigrate to kill zones is because Britain, working through her Muslim Brotherhood proxies, has destroyed the country and should be held accountable in a court of law for this. If Europeans are short of food and heating this winter, they should remember that that is what their governments have been doing to Syrians for the last ten years. That the British regime would further penalize Syrian Christians for fighting fascists in Ukraine should surprise nobody.

And nor really is it a surprise that Graham Phillips, whom we previously met when discussing Germanyโ€™s persecution of Alina Lipp is on the sanctionsโ€™ naughty list. Although Phillips currently has about 250,000 youtube subscribers, in the great scheme of things, that is nothing when compared to BBC and other MI5 outlets.

And though that probably does not bother MI5 too much, it obviously irritates a lot of Zelenskyโ€™s trolls, who have been egging on each other to report Phillips and have his Patreon and other accounts banned. A quick Twitter trawl confirms that, rather than a cold analysis of Phillipsโ€™ work, is the main motif.

I hadnโ€™t visited Phillipsโ€™ social media footprint since last I wrote about him for the simple reason there is little there or from Lipp and the others for me. That said, this video, at 4:30 where he meets a little girl and her dog trying to come to grips with hell, is โ€œgoodโ€. And ditto the conversation with old women both before and after it. And this video of Aiden Aslin belting out the Russian national anthem to John Mark Dougan is also โ€œgoodโ€, even though Aslin must be worried that, like other British mercenaries before him, he too will face a firing squad at dawn.

Though all of these videos and reports have a grubby side to them and most social media comments on Phillips are equally grubby, the British government should, in theory at least, be above such petty spite. But that would be to mistake the British government and its media mouthpieces for something less toxic. If Phillips deserves to have his property and bank accounts confiscated, we can only dream about what criminals like Liz Truss, Boris Johnson and Prince Andrew deserve.

The main charges against Phillips are that he interviewed Aslin, whilst the latter was in custody, that he disagreed with the Zelensky/Bojo line on Bucha and that Bojo used Parliamentary privilege to defame him. As previously reported, though some of his videos and not just the Aslin one, were decidedly tacky, there are...
