Ukraine’s ‘International Legion’ Suffering Recruit Shortage

A Dutch lawyer who is serving as a corporal in the legion said that “there’s been a gradual dip in the number of arrivals over the course of the last few months,” in a recent interview.

Damien Magrou added that recruitment, reputation and fundraising have been negatively affected by “Russian disinformation,” and that the legion was “exploring avenues to widen” its recruiting efforts.
