US Force “Last Resort” To Stop Iran Nukes - Biden

As US President Joe Biden launched his delicate middle east tour on Wednesday, he admitted military force was an option “as a last resort” when confronting Iran, despite claiming commitment to reviving the 2015 nuclear deal with Tehran.

“I think it was a giant mistake for the previous president to get out of the deal,” said Biden. "The only thing worse than the Iran which exists now is an Iran with nuclear weapons and if we can return to the deal, we can hold them tight."

His comments follow Israeli PM Yair Lapid’s insistence that Jerusalem would not stand by and allow Iran to develop plans to attack Israel.
