NATO Admission Negotiations with Turkey Progressing โ Sweden
Talks with Turkey aimed at dissuading its objection to Sweden joining NATO have made progress, with a breakthrough potentially looming in time for the blocโs ongoing summit in Madrid, Foreign Minister Ann Linde said Tuesday.
"We are prepared for the eventuality that something positive could happen today, but it might also take longer," Linde told daily Svenska Dagbladet.
