Donald Trump told Newsmax Monday that President Biden has eviscerated the national economy and dragged the country toward a “World War” over Ukraine.
The former president insisted that if he was still in power, “the Ukraine war would have never happened – Russia going into Ukraine – would have never ever happened.”
Trump also added that he “doesn’t know of anything” that would stop him running for office again in 2024.

Germany Slashes GDP Forecast – Warns of Recession if Russian Gas Halted
German industry association BDI slashed its outlook for GDP growth on Tuesday from 3.5% to just 1.5% and admitted cutting all Russian gas supplies would make recession inevitable.
BDI added that it didn’t expect GDP to return to pre-energy crisis levels until next year at the earliest.
German Economy Minister Robert Habeck said Sunday that Berlin will have to boost the use of coal for electricity production to make up for the shortage of natural gas from Russia.
