Trump: Putin doesnโt respect American leadership anymore
Former President Donald Trump said Vladimir Putin demonstrates this lack of respect for US leadership by talking about nuclear weapons โall the time.โ
Speaking at a rally in Nebraska Sunday, Trump said Russiaโs attack on Ukraine happened due to US โweaknessโ and โincompetenceโ under Biden, which he said was demonstrated by a hasty withdrawal from Afghanistan last year.
Last week, Putin warned outside forces against interfering in the Ukrainian conflict, promising a โlightning-speedโ response to any such action with the use of Moscowโs most advanced weaponry.

Finland SCRAPS Nuclear Plant Deal with Russia
Finnish group Fennovoima said Monday it had canceled its contract with Russian state-owned Rosatom to build a nuclear power plant with โimmediate effect.โ
The planned Hanhikivi-1 site was commissioned by Finnish-Russian consortium Fennovoima, in which Finnish stakeholders own two-thirds, and the rest is held by nuclear power giant Rosatom subsidiary RAOS.
Fennovoima said in a statement the termination was due to โsignificant delays during the last yearsโ and โrisks for the projectโ associated with the conflict in Ukraine which RAOS โhas been unable to mitigate.โ

More than 5.5 million people have fled Ukraine since Russiaโs military attack on the country began in February, the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) reported on Monday.
The data is compiled using a variety of sources, including numbers provided by the authorities at official border crossing points, the agency said.
