Israel Strikes Back After Lebanon Missile Attack
Military officials have confirmed a tank strike back at the alleged source of a rocket fired from Lebanon into northern Israel on Monday, insisting they โwonโt allow Israeli sovereignty to be violatedโ.
Although no responsibility has been claimed for the rocket strike at Israel - which reportedly caused no casualties or damage - it comes amidst the deadliest Palestinian/Israeli violence since last yearโs war.

Anti-Chevron Lawyer Steven Donziger Free After Almost 1,000 Days of Detention
The lawyer who won a multi-billion lawsuit against Chevron, Steven Donziger, has been released after being found guilty of contempt of court.
Critics have called it an attempt to threaten and silence him. Donzinger spent 45 days in prison and over 900 days under house arrest, despite a public call for his release being supported by the UNโs human rights watchdog, several members of congress and major civil rights groups.
In 2011 Donziger won $9.5 billion dollars for farmers and the indigenous people of Ecuador, proving Chevron's oil drilling practices were harmful to the environment.
