Washington will help upgrade Ukraineโ€™s weaponry to NATO standards after promising another $487 million in aid following a meeting between Defense Sec Lloyd Austin, Sec State Anthony Blinken and President Zelensky.

Journalists were barred from reporting during the visit โ€œfor security reasonsโ€, but were told plans are underway to reinstate the US embassy in Kiev in the coming weeks. There hasnโ€™t been a confirmed US ambassador posted to Ukraine since 2019.

Greenpeace Block Russian Oil Exports - Chain Themselves to Ship in Norway

Climate activists have chained themselves to a tanker shipping oil from Russia to Norway in protest against the military action in Ukraine.
