⚡️ Texas National Guard Soldier Drowns in Attempted Migrant Rescue at US-Mexico Border

The soldier reportedly drowned early Friday in the Rio Grande river while attempting to save migrants struggling with swift currents as they crossed the border. (Fox News)

The Texas Department of Public Safety has confirmed the guardsman’s death, telling reporters that his body has been recovered.

DPS said further details would be given in a later statement.
