Florida BANS "vaccine passports" - cites "individual freedom!"
Governor Ron DeSantis issued an executive order that states no Florida government entity is permitted to issue any documentation for the purpose of certifying an individual's COIVD-19 vaccination.
"Requiring so-called COVID-19 vaccine passports for taking part in everyday lifeโsuch as attending a sporting event, patronizing a restaurant, or going to a movie theaterโwould create two classes of citizens based on vaccination," - the order states.
"So-called COVID-19 vaccine passports reduce individual freedom and will harm patient privacy," DeSantis said.
