Tesla Stockholders ask Judge to MUZZLE Musk over fraud case
A group of Tesla shareholders has asked a federal judge to silence CEO Elon Musk in relation to the upcoming fraud case over disputed claims he had “funding secured” to take the company private in 2018.
Musk repeated the claim last Thursday - days after making an offer to buy out Twitter for $43BN - with the group claiming it's not only an attempt to influence jurors, but also a breach of a 2018 $20MN settlement with regulators.
Musk is accused of making the original tweets to manipulate stock prices, but his lawyer Alex Spiro retaliated by insisting “some random plaintiff lawyers” were out to “make a buck… trying to block the truth coming to light all to the detriment of free speech”.

The most likely outcome is Russia’s economy will not collapse (even were the EU to go the whole hog on energy and ‘everything’ else).
U.S. and European NATO hawks and liberal interventionists want above all else, to see Putin, humiliated and repudiated. Many in the West want Putin’s blood-soaked head atop a pike towering above the ‘city gate’, visible to all as a resounding warning to those who challenge their ‘rules-based international order’. Their mark is not just Pakistan or India, but China, primordially.
Yet the hawks see that they dare not – cannot – go the ‘whole hog’. Despite the belligerence and posturing,...

The Ultimate False Flag – Russia Nukes Ukraine
Strategic Culture Foundation (RSS)
Importantly for the narrative to gain traction is the claim that Russia is losing the war in Ukraine.
Russia is losing the war in Ukraine, Putin is becoming desperate, and, so the Western media narrative goes, the next event for the world to expect is the Kremlin launching a nuclear attack on Ukraine.
It won’t be with “normal” large strategic nuclear weapons, but rather with “low-yield” or tactical nukes – so we are prepped to expect.
The sinking of the Moskva warship on Thursday – described as the flagship of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet – is cited as a severe “blow” to Putin’s war effort in Ukraine.
How the ship went down is disput...
