A day after being sued by former shareholders for not disclosing his original 9.2% stake purchase, Elon Musk has now reportedly offered to buy the whole company for $54.20 per share.
He is already the largest shareholder, but refused a seat on the board which would have prevented him from amassing more than a 15% stake.

Australian PMโs Vehicle Crashes - Four Hospitalized
Scott Morrisonโs security detail was involved in a two-vehicle crash, while he was on the campaign trail in Tasmania.
Two local police officers and two Australian Federal Police service members were travelling in an unmarked police car when hit by a Mitsubishi Triton.
"Circumstances surrounding the crash are being investigated, however initial enquiries indicate that the Triton has collided with the rear of the police vehicle, while attempting to merge," Tasmania Police said in a statement. โThe PM is not injured and was not involved in the accidentโ.
